Whether a professional or amateur the athlete is unique and different from our general population both physically and mentally they are so strong in some areas and at times weak in other areas.

Quite often the athlete has some imbalances due to the repetitive movement required in order to reach excellence in their sport. Mentally the athlete is usually competitive, determined, dedicated.

During this Workshop we will focus on our athletic client, we will explore their needs, goals, and how we can help to achieve these goals, I will demonstrate and teach exercises from the Pilates repertoire and many variations.
