Athletes bring strength, drive, and determination to every session—but with that comes physical imbalances, tightness, and often a limited mind-body connection. Whether you're working with professional or amateur athletes, Pilates instructors must understand how to meet their unique needs and help them tap into their full potential.
In this hands-on workshop, we’ll focus on how to support athletic clients using the Pilates Chair and foam roller. You’ll learn how to identify common patterns and imbalances caused by repetitive training and discover how these versatile tools can enhance strength, stability, mobility, and proprioception.
Sheri will guide you through both traditional and creative Chair-based exercises, along with dynamic foam roller applications, to help your athletic clients move better, recover faster, and perform at their best. You’ll leave with practical tools and strategies you can integrate into sessions right away.
