Let’s create a little Magic on the Reformer using the Pilates Circle.

The Circle adds so many important benefits to Pilates Movements. It can be used for resistance, assistance, body awareness, body integration and more.  In this workshop we will cover the WHAT, HOW, and WHY for each exercise that we explore.  What is the exercise? How is it performed? Why would we include it in a workout (the Magic)?  Get great new exercise and programming ideas and create a little  magic on the Reformer.
